Season's Greetings Mobilizers!
Come join Mobilize Waco in celebrating our diversity this holiday season with a Special Edition Action Team Movie Night. We will be viewing the film Crip Camp: A Disability Revolution.
This Friendsgiving gift to you will not involve turkey and dressing, but it does include a thought-provoking movie, good friends, popcorn, and drinks!
Please invite your friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors. Everyone is welcome! Please keep in mind the movie Crip Camp is rated R and contains adult material. We will start the movie at 6:15. The movie has a run time of 1 hour and 42 minutes, ending by 8pm. Please note, we will be at the South Waco library on 18th Street.

The Nora Project, a disability nonprofit, has written an excellent review of what to expect and take away from the movie. You can find a link to this review on the Mobilize Waco Facebook page. Mobilize Waco will also be hosting a Zoom after party, of sorts, on Wednesday, November 19th, the day after the viewing of Crip Camp for a discussion about the movie and its implications.
