Mobilize Waco has been active in the Bike and Pedestrian Working Group of the Waco Metropolitan Planning Organization since before the pandemic, and now has a representative at the MPO’s Planning Board and Technical Advisory Committee meetings as well.

On August 28, 2023, board member Suzette May and organizer Meg Wallace participated in the MPO’s Regional Vision Workshop, working with other community leaders to craft the MPO’s vision for the coming years at it develops the 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan.
