Mobilize Waco is a disability justice coalition working toward full participation and leadership by people with disabilities in the Waco area. We envision a community designed for everyone, where people of all talents and abilities can thrive and lead.

    HAPPY NEW YEAR!!  Come join us to kick off the new year at our first Action Team meeting of 2026 at the new Waco Family Medicine Headquarters.  

    A very special thanks to our friends Doug McDurham, President of the Waco Family Medicine Foundation and Alfred Solano, Vice President of the foundation for  their hospitality for hosting the event.  These gentlemen will  be presenting the offerings  of Waco Family Medicine as well as offering the opportunity for Q&A about the organization.

The Projects

Grandy's Stash

Grandy’s Stash is a community-driven initiative by Mobilize Waco that collects donated durable medical equipment (DME) and essential health supplies—especially incontinence products—and delivers them to community members in greatest need.

Through media coverage and audio storytelling, we share honest, real-life experiences. Our radio program Living It airs on KWBU at 11:30 a.m. every third Friday, amplifying community voices and truths.
