The best way to understand disability is to learn from people living it.

On our monthly radio interview program, host Meg Wallace, director and organizer of Mobilize Waco, talks to our disabled neighbors about the challenges – and joys – of navigating life in our community.

The program airs on Waco’s local NPR radio station, KWBU, on the third Friday of each month, at 11:30 AM and 8:00 PM. You can listen live on the radio at 103.3 FM, or hear current and past episodes on KWBU’s website.

We are transcribing all of the interviews so they will also be accessible to Deaf members of our audience. Transcriptions will lag somewhat behind the dates when the episodes air.
